  3. Our dispatch centre assigns the nearest available technician.
  4. You receive an SMS confirmation with the technician's ETA.
  5. The technician arrives and assesses the situation.
  6. On-site repair or towing is carried out with your consent.
  7. You receive a digital invoice and service report.
  8. Optional follow-up call to confirm satisfaction within 24 hours.

Complaints & Feedback

Where to submit: Submit written complaints to our customer relations office at the registered address or via email.

What to include: Include your service reference number, date of incident, vehicle registration, and a clear description of the issue.

Deadlines & response times: Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the service date. We respond within 10 business days.
