Boundaries & Exclusions
The following situations and scenarios are outside the scope of our standard services:
- Services outside the Republic of Austria.
- Vehicles exceeding 3.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight.
- Damage caused by racing, off-road use, or deliberate misuse.
- Fuel contamination or incorrect fuel type.
- Repairs requiring specialist workshop equipment not available on-site.
- Services requested under fraudulent or false pretences.
- Vehicles with expired roadworthiness certificates (§57a Pickerl).
- Situations where access is blocked by police or emergency services.
